OUR FEE
- House rental: 1.5 month’s rent + VAT charged to the tenant upon signing the contract and paid by bank transfer.
- Rental of commercial property: 2 month’s rent + VAT charged to the tenant upon signing the contract and paid by bank transfer.
- Sale: to be negotiated according to the value of the property and to be paid by the owner.
